By playing Pyrekin or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please stop using the site.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share your account; don't impersonate someone else when registering. We may suspend accounts that abuse the leaderboard, exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages, or harass others.

Cosmetic skins are purely visual — they don't grant gameplay advantages. While the game is in early access, payments run in demo mode (no real charge). Once a live payment provider is connected, all purchases are final unless required by law in your jurisdiction. If you encounter a billing issue, contact hello@pyrekin.com.

Pyrekin is an evolving game. We may rebalance cards, retire content, adjust leaderboard rules, and refresh these Terms. We won't take away purchased cosmetic skins from your account, but their visuals may evolve.

The game is provided "as is" without warranty. We'll do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise zero downtime or zero bugs.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pyrekin and its authors are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

These Terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established. We'll fill in specifics as the project formally incorporates.
